Advyze Admin: pick the level that fits
Three subscriptions that differ in how much you keep doing yourself, plus two one-off start packages. No quotes on request, no setup fees, nothing unexpected on your first invoice.
The difference
You are not buying hours. You are buying who notices.
The difference between the three plans is not a number of hours. It is who notices that something has to happen.
On Essential that is you. A letter arrives, you forward it, we explain what it says. On Business that flips: we track the deadlines and the open items, and you hear what needs doing. On Plus the rest of your administrative flow comes with it — staff, suppliers, multiple external parties.
The table below is the fastest way to see it. Watch the column shift from you to us.

The two start packages
If you have not started yet, you do not need a subscription. You need a project with a beginning and an end. There are two fixed packages for that, both one-off, and both running until your administrative base actually works.
Self-employed Start

- Guidance through the business counter and enterprise number registration

- Business account and e-invoicing set up in practice
- Coordination with your accountant where relevant
- Follow-up until your administrative base works
Third-party costs, such as the statutory registration fee at the business counter, fall outside this and are paid directly to that party.

Advyze BV Start
One-off. Intake, incorporation checklist, file preparation, coordination with the notary and your accountant, follow-up on the bank certificate, enterprise number, VAT, social insurance fund, UBO register and invoicing — through to the practical follow-up after the deed.
€449excl. VATNotary and incorporation costs
Not an Advyze fee: this goes to the notary and the associated formalities. The exact amount depends on your file and on the notary's office.
approx.€1,200Financial plan
Advyze does not prepare the financial plan. Your accountant does, and sets the price for it. We do make sure it is ready in time for the notary.
via your accountant
An incorporation is not a fixed price, but it is a predictable one. You know the Advyze fee up front, the notary gives you an estimate for their part, and you agree the financial plan with your accountant.
Outside the subscription
Extra work
Some things fall outside a subscription. Drafting an employment contract, a supplier research project, assembling a file for an inspection, a project that runs for weeks. That is charged separately — at €95 per hour excl. VAT, or at an agreed fixed price for the whole.
The rule is simple: you hear about it before we start, not afterwards on your invoice.
Reference rate
€95/hourexcl. VAT
Work outside the subscription — drafting documents, projects, exceptional files — is charged separately, at €95/hourexcl. VAT or at an agreed fixed price. You always know in advance what falls outside your plan.
Being straight about it
What is not included
This list is deliberately on the pricing page rather than at the bottom of the terms.
- Bookkeeping, tax returns and annual accounts — that is your accountant's work.
- Payroll calculation and payroll filings — that stays with your payroll office.
- Legal advice on complex or disputed matters — we refer those to a specialist.
- Advice on or comparison of insurance products — only a licensed broker may do that.
- Drafting documents and contracts — we can, but it is charged separately.
Questions about pricing and terms
The questions that otherwise only get asked in a call. They belong here.
How long am I tied in?
Three months minimum. That is not a sales tactic: the first month goes largely into learning your file, and the follow-up only really starts paying off from month two or three. After that it runs monthly and you can cancel with one month's notice.
What if one month is much busier than usual?
Then we say so in advance. The capacity per plan is a guide, not a meter running down. If a month structurally runs over — because you hired someone, or an inspection came up — we either propose a higher plan or a separate project at the hourly rate. What we do not do is put unexpected hours on your invoice after the fact.
Are prices including VAT?
No, all amounts are excluding VAT. For a VAT-registered business that is the relevant price, since you reclaim the VAT. If you are VAT-exempt, add 21%.
What is not included?
Bookkeeping, payroll calculation, legal advice on disputes and insurance advice are not included — those are separate professions and Advyze does not practise them. Drafting documents and contracts is possible but charged separately. The full list is on this page rather than buried in the terms.
Can I change plan?
Yes, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect from the following month. Downgrading is equally possible — and if it turns out you need less, we will say so ourselves. A client who overpays does not stay.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly in advance, by email, as an ordinary invoice your accountant can process. The payment term is 14 calendar days. Extra work appears as a separate line with a description of what it was. The full terms are in the terms and conditions, with the same amounts as on this page.
What if I pay an invoice late?
Nothing dramatic happens first. You get a free reminder giving you an additional 14 calendar days. Advyze charges no late-payment interest. If the invoice is still unpaid after that, one flat recovery compensation may follow — once, not per reminder — and active follow-up may be suspended until payment arrives. The full scale is in the terms and conditions.
Do I have to pay a start package up front?
Yes. Self-employed Start and BV Start are fixed-price services, and payment is due before we begin substantive work. That works in your favour too: it makes clear when the process starts, and you are not carrying an open balance while third parties are already involved.
Do you work in English throughout?
Yes — correspondence with you is in English. Correspondence with Belgian institutions happens in the language they require, which is part of what you are buying.
Torn between two plans?
Book a short call. We go through your situation and say which level is realistic — including when that is the cheapest one.
