About Advyze
Why Advyze exists
A business in Belgium deals with six to eight external parties. Each of them is good at their own slice. None of them is responsible for the whole.
Your accountant knows your figures. Your payroll office knows your salaries. Your notary knew you on the day of the deed. Your bank knows your account. All correct, all within their own frame.
But when a letter arrives that you cannot place, there is nobody whose job it is to tell you what to do with it. And when your accountant asks for documents you cannot find that week, there is nobody who comes back to it.
That gap is small and irritating. It does not cost a fortune, but it costs time, attention and occasionally a penalty or a missed opportunity. Advyze exists to fill it.

How we work
One point of contact, not a ticket number
You send an email or a message and get a reply from someone who knows your file. There is no portal to log into and no queue. That is not a luxury: if getting in touch takes effort, it does not happen, and then the problem stays where it was.
Agreed response times
Each plan states how quickly you get a reply: two working days on Essential, one on Business, priority on Plus. It is on the pricing page, not hidden somewhere.
Files with a memory
What is going on, what is open and what has been agreed is recorded. Not because it sounds impressive, but because follow-up without a memory is not follow-up. You never have to re-explain what happened three months ago.
Discreet with what you send us
You send us letters, contracts and sometimes sensitive material. That data is used only to handle your question, is not shared with parties who have no business seeing it, and is kept only as long as necessary. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Fixed prices, including in a bad month
There is no meter running while you type. What falls inside your plan stays inside your plan. What falls outside it, you hear about before we start — not afterwards.

Whether it is a letter from a government department or a question about your staff, the sequence is the same.

Something arrives that you cannot place
A letter in Dutch, an email from your accountant, a statement with a number on it you did not expect. You forward it.

We work out what it actually is
You get a plain answer: what it says, whether anything has to happen, and by when.

We involve the right party where needed
Your accountant, the payroll office, the social insurance fund, a notary. We have that conversation so you do not have to find out who is responsible for what.

We follow it through
You know what has been handled and what is still open. Nothing sits waiting because nobody owned it.

The network
Who we work with
Roles, not brand names. We deliberately do not display logos of other firms: showing them without permission says more about marketing than about collaboration.
Accountant or bookkeeper
- They do
- Keeps your books, files your VAT and tax returns and prepares your annual accounts. A regulated profession in Belgium.
- Advyze does
- We collect what your accountant asks for, turn their questions into concrete actions and follow up until it is delivered.
Notary
- They do
- Executes the incorporation deed of a company and arranges its publication. Only a notary can do this.
- Advyze does
- We assemble the file, coordinate with the notary's office and make sure every document is ready before the appointment.
Business counter (ondernemingsloket)
- They do
- A licensed private organisation that registers you in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and issues your enterprise number.
- Advyze does
- We prepare your registration, choose the right activity codes with you and follow up until the number is issued.
Social insurance fund
- They do
- Collects your social security contributions as a self-employed person and administers your rights: pension, health cover, sickness benefit.
- Advyze does
- We arrange your affiliation, watch your quarterly statements and contact the fund when something does not add up.
Payroll office (sociaal secretariaat)
- They do
- Calculates salaries and files the mandatory employment declarations once you hire staff.
- Advyze does
- We make sure they receive the right information on time, and follow up on whatever comes back.
Tax authority (FPS Finance)
- They do
- Handles VAT registration, VAT returns and corporate or personal income tax.
- Advyze does
- We handle the practical filings around registration and changes, and make sure deadlines are not missed.
Bank
- They do
- Opens your business account and provides payment facilities. For company incorporations, also issues the bank certificate.
- Advyze does
- We prepare what the bank asks for and follow up until your account and payment methods actually work.
Insurance broker
- They do
- Advises on your insurance, analyses and compares products and concludes them. Insurance mediation is a regulated activity in Belgium.

- We refer you to an authorised broker from our network. Advyze does not analyse, compare, recommend, prepare or conclude insurance products.

Questions about Advyze
Who is behind Advyze?
Advyze is a Belgian company, not a one-person project with a brand name over it. The company details — enterprise number, VAT number and registered office — are at the bottom of every page. We deliberately do not put a person front and centre: what you buy is a way of working that outlasts any individual.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small Belgian businesses: sole traders, companies, operations with a handful of staff. Hospitality, retail, construction and related trades, salons, professional services and small service providers. The sector matters less than the pattern: many small administrative flows and little time to follow them.
Do you work across Belgium?
Yes. The work happens by email, phone and shared documents, so location is irrelevant — including for an incorporation, which can be done with a notary near you.
In which languages can I deal with you?
Dutch and English with us. Correspondence with Belgian institutions happens in the language they require, which is a large part of why English-speaking clients come to us.
What happens to my documents if I stop?
You can always ask for your file. After that we keep only what we are legally required to keep and delete the rest. The privacy policy sets this out in detail.
